For the eighth consecutive year, Northeastern has received a Tree Campus Higher Education recognition from the Arbor Day Foundation.

Campoverdi, author of “First Gen: A Memoir,” will speak at Northeastern’s Commencement on May 10.

The lecture will take place at 3:05 p.m. Jan. 30 in the Recital Hall on the Main Campus, 3701 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. in Chicago.
 

91���� is proud to welcome  as the keynote speaker for the 10th Annual Mossadegh Servant Leadership Lecture. His talk, titled, “Constitutional Experience and Travails of Parliamentarism and Governance in 20th century Iran: Retrospectives on Mossadegh and the National Movement,” will be delivered twice on Thursday, April 25 on the Main Campus, 5500 N. St. Louis Ave. in Chicago, with receptions to follow. 

The Chicago Film Society and Northeastern kick off their 22nd season of collaboration on Wednesday, Jan. 10, in the Auditorium of the University’s Main Campus.
 

The Fourth Annual Asian American Heritage Awards Gala Program will be held Friday, April 11 from 5-9 p.m. in Alumni Hall. Awards categories give recognition to alumni, students, faculty and staff. The program is an opportunity for the Northeastern Asian American community to celebrate the accomplishments of Northeastern graduates.

The Chicago Film Society and 91���� are pleased to announce their Fall 2023 film series, which begins Sept. 6 on the University’s Main Campus. 

Professor of English Chielozona Eze has been honored with 91����’s 2020 Bernard J. Brommel Distinguished Research Professor award.

91���� has earned Quality Matters (QM) Certification for course design quality following a rigorous review process for nine of its online courses. The QM Certification Mark is the internationally recognized symbol of online and blended course design quality and represents Northeastern's ongoing commitment to creating learning environments that provide students with a clear pathway to success.
